Effectively Secure The US Southern Border With Mexico Immediately

Whereas, the Federal Government of the United States of America, under the administration of President Joseph Biden and his appointed "Border Czar", Vice President Kamala Harris, has apparently abandoned all responsibility to secure the Southern border of the United States with the nation of Mexico and in doing so, has effectively relinquished control of this border to known criminal cartels operating thereat and causing the illegal entry into the United States of unauthorized foreign nationals at the current rate of tens of thousands on a weekly basis and

Whereas, by its inaction, the Federal Government of the United States of America is providing aid and comfort to these cartels and contributing to their illicit profiting from criminal activities including murder, human, sex and narcotics trafficking, rape, sexual abuse, child abuse, destruction of US, Texas and privately owned property and contributing to the largely avoidable suffering and unnecessary deaths of foreign nationals, Texas and US citizens and

Whereas, by facilitating the transport of those entering illegally throughout the country, the Federal Government of the United States of America has placed the citizens of the state of Texas and the United States in danger of illness and death by exposure to infectious diseases born of those entering illegally - an estimated 15-40% of whom are infected with the COVID-19 virus - most without vetting, medical examination or testing and

Whereas, by such knowing abandonment of the responsibility to secure the Southern border of the United States of America with the nation of Mexico and knowing the risks thereof, the Federal Government of the United States of America is effectively engaging in an ongoing an act of terrorism against the citizens of the state of Texas and the United States by placing them at risk of violence, illness and death or threat thereof for what can only be understood as political purposes, and

Whereas, the current policy of the state of Texas to arrest foreign nationals illegally entering into the United States through Texas territory for violations of Texas law as a deterrent to illegal entry, while laudable, is totally ineffective and therefore amounts to a mere symbolic gesture in stemming this invasion of Texas and US territory when taken in context of the scale of numbers of those entering illegally:
