What really goes on behind closed doors of our 'safe' environment called school

Everyday in the apparent 'safety' of our schools. children are acting up and lashing out on other students. Adults of every generation tend to notice, yet never seem to get involved nor help the victims in any way. Leading the lashing out to seem ok to a young minds eye. Ending up getting worse near deadly in the future. Kids live in fear of this knowing one day they might end up next, and adults never do anything about it. It became so bad that even adults of today tend to be harassed and threatened by the students, quitting their jobs in the process. This neglect was seen as nothing but children learning the likes of life, but soon this became more violent and bloodcurdling then the likes of our 'Intelligent superiors' anticipated.
Just last week I was told about the issue of my personal favorite teacher being harassed and mistreated by another student at my school. The only teacher out of the whole school board of adults who actually wanted us to be ready for the things that really mattered outside of the school Industry. She did not want to teach us about the 18nth century. She wanted to teach us about what we needed to know about the outside world. Such as; how to fill out taxes, how to file for a job, how to protect yourself in case you are attacked and how using your personal belongings correctly could save your life. She didn't want us to learn about the past, rather the future. She knew that unless you wanted to major in math, science, history, etc. None of the things she was teaching us was needed, rather how to live outside of our childhood homes. In which case, seeing her need to leave because of the immature nature of a breed future psychopath, because of the lack of discipline (as well as the obvious lack of any adult figure to address his behavior, and or stop him) just letting him go off scot free. With the add on of him knowing her address as well as no one putting him in jail for what he threat as well his pictures he sent to her of 'what he is capable of'. Even after she leaves my school she will still be on the thought and fear that maybe, he will seek after her. She got herself multiple security systems, a big dog, and a bulky husband (he wanted to be the last line of defense because he loves her) she might be safe. Still isn't stopping her worries though.
The adults all seem to have no interest nor do they believe how bad it can really get in these environments. Its more then likely that 50% of parents who lost their children by the issues of these schools wont even press the corruption nor question why this happened. Almost everyone of them seem to have just gave up on the hope of anything not being corrupted like this, which is really sad. I can't even tell people how many times me and my siblings have either gave up on this faint light of hope and gotten the rope or the blade. or cried while planning what i can do.
I never gave up though and i strive to finally fix up these problems we have today. Finally more teachers will watch the kids, help out, and look at any evidence to finally stop the mistake of having a victim or innocent student get in trouble to.
