The GST impact has seen Indian automobile manufacturers like Maruti, Nissan, Skoda, Mahindra, Tata etc. pass the benefits to buyers. Those worse impacted are recent buyers of SUV's above four metre in length and engine capacity more than 1,500 cc, The discount offered is also not uniform by the same class leading us to believe that prospective SUV buyers in this segment have an unfair discounted pricing.
Tata Motors should ensure that existing customers of their premier offering the Tata Hexa do not feel cheated for being early buyers and that benefits like cashed out maintenance plans & extended warranty be extended to them.

Dear Mr. Günter Butschek,
As a Tata Hexa customer, I feel cheated by the price reduction in the Tata Hexa WEF 1st July '17 under the pretext of passing on GST benefits to your prospective customers while in reality you are struggling with poor sales and lackluster response and the looming threat from Jeep Compass.. Worse, you production issues at the plant is impacting deliveries for the lower priced XE variants.
Mahindra for e.g. has reduced prices of their SUV range by an average of 6.9% while I quote "Strangely, Tata has not been very specific about how much exactly each model will benefit, and whether these benefits will be available in soft form (discounts on insurance, after sales or cashed out maintenance plans) or full blown cash discounts." it is clearly evident that this discount offered is unfair and us existing owners feel cheated.
We humbly request that your existing Tata Hexa customers also be extended benefits like cashed out maintenance plans & extended warranty so that they don't feel cheated.
