There's a loophole in eBay's buyer protection program if the seller ships an item without a tracking number. The buyer can claim falsely that he didn't receive the item and will be automatically refunded.
This is eBay's "buyer protection program" therefore eBay's responsibility but it is relegated entirely to the seller if a tracking number is not provided.
eBay should at least make shipping with a tracking service obligatory.
We demand that eBay makes shipping with a tracking service obligatory for sellers.
