For months on end we have had drops in Blackberry Internet service, or no service at all.
Calls to the hotline leave us on hold for more than 5 minutes or an excuse that nothing really cannot be done.
Bmobile is an option, a service provider, yet all they seem to provide of late is excuses.
We need to hold bmobile accountable for their horrible service and ridiculous excuses. How could we be paying upwards of $100 a month for service and never receive it?
We as the consumers call on bmobile to provide us loyal customers with a rebate, to show that they don't entirely disregard our patronage and that they highly respect us as loyal customers.
