Safaricom Ltd sent SMS to all it's post-pay bundle users stating "WE ARE HAPPY TO INFORM YOU THAT YOUR POSTPAY BUNDLE WILL NOT COME TO AN END ON 26MAY BUT UNUSED SMS, DATA & MINUTES WILL EXPIRE. NEW BUNDLE VALIDITY IS 30DAYS."

I/We believe this is a breach of contract and Safaricom SHOULD NOT be allowed to get away with this. We believe the accumulated bundles are our rights as we had already paid for them and Safaricom is bound by consumer contract to deliver this bundles.

If you share the same sentiments, please sign into this petition and share and lets put an end to the abuse and frustration from such big corporates.

We, the undersigned, call on the Management of Safaricom Ltd and Communications Authority to stop Safaricom Ltd from taking away the accumulated post-pay bundles from Safaricom Customers.

This is an already paid service and it is a right of all customers to use and exhaust the service at their convenience.
