Parking lot sale occurs every 6 months and usually has a very large turn out but because of poor planning it not only conflicted with a major parking lot sale in the area but also no advertising was done because it was assummed that folks in the area knew about this yearly sale.
We, the below residents of Sun City, are greatly disappointed with the handling of the parking lot sale which took place on Saturday, October 1, 2005.
We attribute the very poor turnout of attendees to: 1. Grossly inadequate marketing and advertising in a timely manner; 2. Non-compliance of advertising in local papers; 3: The lackadaisical attitude, when residents asked regarding advertising that either "none was necessary" or that "everyone knows about this sale" or plain disregard because the Director was not there.
Because of this it is our position, that our table fees should be returned to the residents listed below.
