In times of conflict, it is always civilians who suffer most. Today, the people of Gaza — children, families, entire communities — face devastation and displacement on a massive scale. No human being should be forced to endure this.
Now over 15 months long.
• More than 60,000 people have been killed and 140,000+ injured, most of them civilians.
• Over 90% of Gaza’s 2.2 million residents have been displaced from their homes.
• Damage to homes, schools, hospitals, and infrastructure is already estimated at $18.5 billion.
• Full recovery and rebuilding may cost $50+ billion and take 10–15 years, with rubble removal alone expected to last over a decade.
This must stop.
We, the undersigned, call on lawmakers of all political parties to put human life above politics, religion, borders and campaign donations.
This petition is not about choosing sides. It is not anti-Semitic, anti-Palestinian, or supportive of any extremist group. It is about one truth: innocent people should never be targeted, displaced, or annihilated because of the actions of governments or armed factions.

Every human being deserves dignity, safety, and a chance to live in peace. Just as we would never want our families punished for the actions of Trump or a small group of bad actors, we must demand the same protection for families everywhere — including those in Gaza, Israel, and beyond.
We urge our elected officials to:
* STOP funding to Netanyahu for War
• STOP sending weapons that are annihilating a vulnerable population
• Work toward de-escalation and peace-driven diplomacy.
* Make the protection of civilians a priority in all decisions.
* FORCE humanitarian aid and relief reach those in need.
* Place human rights and humanitarian concerns above political donations or special-interest influence** when shaping policy. Reject money from AIPAC!
This is not a partisan cause. It is a human cause. Together, across political lines, let us say clearly: the lives of innocent men, women, and children must come before politics, money, and war. We believe the support of this a Majority, not a minority. Hearts have changed from the images of a modern civilization destroyed to rubble.
