In Japan, USA and Europe, gamers were able to obtain the tickets to capture Deoxys and Lugia in their Fire Red, Leaf Green and Emerald Pokémon games. In Australia we have no such opportunity.
We are continuously indoctrinated with the marketing slogan 'Gotta Catch 'em All' however Nintendo makes this impossible for us simply because we live in Australia.
We will never get these Pokémon and complete our games unless we lobby Nintendo to make these tickets avaliable to us via an event or otherwise. Sign the petition to Nintendo below.
We, the undersigned, have spent many hundreds of hours and many hundreds of dollars in the pursuit of completing our Pokémon games, however simply because we live in Australia Nintendo sees to compromise our enjoyment by making it impossible for us to ever complete our Pokédex and satisfactorily finish the games.
In Japan, the USA and Europe, gamers were able to download the Aurora Ticket to their Fire Red, Leaf Green and Emerald games for the capture of Deoxys, and the Mystic Ticket to obtain Lugia.
We call on Nintendo, via an event, widespread promotion or other easily accessable means, to provide us with the facility to obtain these tickets in our games.
