NEW HEALTH CARE FOR ALL AMERICANS

We are asking all Americans to support this plan and guidelines for Government to make healthcare available to all American Citizens. No Illegals.

1. The new bill must include all members of Congress, their staff, and all branches of Government. No Exceptions.

2. The new bill must include all State, City, and Municipality employees.
No Exceptions. All inclusive to all Americans. No Exceptions.

3. All pre-existing conditions cannot be refused. Regardless of age or cause of the medical problem. No Exceptions.

4. Healthcare must be available across all State Lines and Borders within the 50 United States of America. Not for Puerto Rico, Guam, or any Unincorporated Territories of the United States.

5. Doctors, Hospitals, Medical Care will earn flat fees for all services rendered by a panel of independent council to determine fair and reasonable costs for these services. Patients will be allowed to travel to the destinations where costs are the least cost, without penalties or reciprocity.

5. Doctors will be monitored as to how many hours they work per week and how many patients the see in a 30 day period and paid accordingly. No more three day work weeks. They must work a mandatory 40 hour week minimum.

6. Doctors will not be allowed to contribute to Political Campaigns. Offer bribes or other compensation to any Political Campaign, or candidate or Medical Company Special Interest Group(s),.
