Hello everyone!
This is a petition about to be sent on Twitter for one specific Reason!
Increased safety plans!
We all have been harassed or mentioned and abused on this popular platform
but we hardly want to abandon it!
So what can we do when someone abuses us?
Please read the details underneath and sign if you believe the same!
Our Mission is this:
Request from twitter increase its safety measures regarding blocking users!
We do not want our account to be visible to the one we block, neither him/her be able view our tweets after being blocked / reported!
What happens exactly when you block someone on twitter?
Blocked users cannot:
- Add your Twitter account to their lists.
- Have their @replies or mentions show in your mentions tab (although these Tweets may still appear in search).
- Follow you.
- See your profile picture on their profile page or in their timeline.
- Tag you in a photo.
We wish to completely disappear from those who have mentioned us (including autodelete abusive tweets) and from their search engine. Even if this won't stop them from creating a new account, they will know twitter protects effectively its users.
