For years the Comsumers of Rochester New York has been paying outragiouse prices for their utility bills. RG&E has had several rate hikes. We as a consumers have no say when they make a mistake on our bills.
Now the utility bills are higher than Rents and Mortgages. More consumers now than ever face losing their homes and getting shut off notices.
We, the undersigned, demand that action be taken by local government or congress to help Consumers of Rochester New York to regulate the billing system of the Rochester Gas and Electric Co.
The current billing system is breaking the backs of our families, driving people into proverty. This is an emergency that is well over due.
Consumers are paying extremly high prices for a nessasary and essential service to survive.
