The crossing walk between the intersection of North McDonough and East College does not work. The crossing signal continues to say do not cross, and it is never known when to cross.
Cars continue to turn while attempting to cross the road and it is a surprise that no one has been hurt yet. Other crossing signals work around the city, but why does't the most dangerous intersection in Decatur not have a working crosswalk signal?
We, the citizens of Decatur, Georgia, call on Assistant Manger and head of Public Works David Junger to fix the crosswalk signal at the intersection between North McDonough and East College.
We want to prevent accidents that could occur and make it easy to cross the street.
