The service provision from Econet Wireless Zimbabwe has hit an all time low. We are at their mercy each and every day. You can barely go a full working week without being inconvenienced one way or the other by Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, and it's subsidiaries. It is time that Econet Zimbabwe takes us seriously. With the ever changing rates, the inflation in Zimbabwe, and the delays in the processing of refunds, Econet needs to change they attitude and service provision, or be made liable for all losses and inconveniences incurred. We are sick and tired of being held to ransom, by a company that is making money out of us. They are making profits, out of our grievances. For all we know their are busy spinning our hard earned monies, all in the name of bureaucracy. This needs to stop. Potraz needs to come to the plight of the consumer. The government of Zimbabwe needs to protect its citizens, we are after all already having to bear a lot.
We the customers of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe call on the Government of Zimbabwe to intervene in our behalf to ensure best service provision and not being taken advantage of by Econet Zimbabwe. We call the on the Government of Zimbabwe to put in a place a provision, where Econet Wireless Zimbabwe can be held liable for some gross inconveniences, they put us through. We call on Potraz, to control the number of subscribers any service provider can have, to be capped at a level that is equal to their capacity, for example, how many customer care providers per 1000 registered Econet subscribers.
