It should be brought to the attention of the community of Orisa worship, that there are those out there who believe that slander and cyber-negativity allow them to judge a person's Iwa Pele.
A petition was created to lash out against Nathan Lugo and his Chieftancy title in Osogbo. The list of signatures is composed of nameless people, who use hyperbolic and anti-homosexual remarks. They are accusing Nathan of being a homosexual. They are accusing him of being money hungry. They are accusing him of doing ebbo that do not work and giving people incomplete Orisa.
They say they are speaking through "personal encounters and interaction" with Nathan Lugo. It is against this petition that we are coming together in support of Nathan Lugo, whom by the way has already received his rightful Chieftancy title.
We, the undersigned, call on the Council of Ifa to take action against these people of poor character and lack of conviction.
We sign with our names to come out in full support of Nathan and to give true face to those of us who feel that the petition against him is both bogus and is wrong.
These people should be told to come forward and show their faces if they truly feel that they are right in their convictions.
We sign to say that we do not believe the hype, nor do we support this type of attack on an Awo and Chief.
