The people of Bartram Preserve were told before purchasing homes in the community that a second amenity center would be built in phase 3 which could either include a pool, splash pad, water park and a bigger gym. We were also told that money was set aside for the second amenities area and that the homeowners would have input as to what would go there once phase 3 was started. That was In April 2016 and the beginning of a this year 2017.
We (the people of bartram preserve) demand Mattamy Homes to follow through with their word to build a second amenity center and have a meeting with current homeowners to have a vote on what is to be built with the options of a pool, splash pad or water park WITH a bigger gym.
