Request for premature release from serviceEXTREME COMPASSIONATE GROUNDS

Sir!
I am writing you to submit my application for premature release from the commisioned service of Army Medical Core and from my position as classified specialist in surgery.

Please accept this as formal notice of my premature release and end of the contract from my present position,wef 01 jul 2007.

I had the privilege of serving this organisation for more than two decades and I can say that I have shared difficuld tasks and duties, I have tried to the best of my ability to discharge my duties and meet the responsibilities that were entrusted to me, and I am proud of the oportunities and support offered by the organisation. have no prospects for advancement in service ,

I have decided to change the direction of my life purely due to familial and domestic circumstances,I am facing real challenge and crisis at this junction.I have tried and failed to recoincile my concience towards solving the present crisis at family front,my parents and family member has to face severe discomfort and unhappiness because of my working conditions,my octagenerian hemiparetic father is waiting for me to return home,i have two unemployed and jobless younger brother to support.These honest facts represented by me can be verified by the superior authoritis.

I am fully aware about the present manpower situation,operational requirements and exigencies of service but the circumstances demand that I should set myself free from the situation and plan something else to sort out my priorities,my decision to hang the boot is irrevocable and I dont aspire to continue further,my spirit,enthusiam and motivation to work
is at all time low hence i would like to make graceful exit from the service.

Please let me know the arrangements for handing over my duty,any outstandings related to my work and responsibilities.I will be happy to assist the organisation for hiring and training of my replacement,if the issue of manpower situation,operational requirements of the servicesand exigencies of service becomes the issue.

I am inclined to leave my present job and I will do whatever is suggested my higher authorities for my release.My decision to hang the boot is irrevocable and I request humbly to organise my release with last woking day 30 jun 2007.
