Greetings Amnesty international,

My name is, Hamid Reza Shikheli, I'm a 39 years old political activist. I've been fighting against the Islamic Republic of Iran through my writings and blog postings for over 5 years now. I am sure you are aware of the fact that the current regime of Iran is systematically torturing and killing anyone who expresses their opinion and/or attempts to exercise his/her basic human rights. Especially those who get involved in critiquing the regime's inhumane policies and pursue their interest in democracy, equality, people's humanitarian rights and freedom of speech. (The lather is considered a grave crime against the Regime.) I fled Iran to Norway and applied for political asylum on 2011 and continued to voice my protest against the regime through my 10 social media pages as well as my blog. In the process of my political asylum case in Norwegian legal system I've undergone several interviews with the UDI in which I explained my situation to them and emphasized that my life was and still is in danger if I ever return to Iran due to my political affiliation against the Islamic Republic Iran. However, my request for asylum was denied last week and I received a letter of deportation which requires me to go back to Iran by 2014,4,16 where I'm sure I will face penalty of death for my "crimes" to free Iran and my people.

Thus this letter is a plea for help. I hope my case brings awareness to the world and causes the Norwegian government to stop deporting political refugees whom have been sentenced to death in their own home countries.

Please help political activists like me to stay active and free Iran from the grips of the Islamic Republic's tyranny. I don't understand why the Norwegian Government is closing their eyes to these unjust and anti-human circumstance that refugees such as myself are facing upon returning back to Iran.

Please know that if I return to Iran, I will definitely be tortured, raped and killed in prison without the benefit of a fair trial.

حمید شیخعلی یکی از فعالان سیاسی که چندین سال با نظام ظلم و شکنجه جمهوری اسلامی در مبارزه هست
و یکی از وبلاگ نگاران و روزنامه نگاران که سالیان در نروژ و ایران با تلاش های بسیاری برای جمع آوری بیانیه های حقوق بشری و آگاه رسانی شرایط سخت زندانیان سیاسی و خانواده های زندانیان سیاسی در تلاش بوده در پی اقدامی باور نکردنی کشور نروژ برای دیپورت آقای حمید شیخعلی اقدام کرده و هیچ گونه به شرایطی که در انتظار این فعال سیاسی است توجه نکردند و در تاریخ2014,4,16 که چند روز دیگر است این فعال سیاسی را به کشور ایران دیپورت میکنند از تمام فعالان کمک میخواهیم که با امضا کردن بیانیه و انتشار خبر از دیپورت کردن این فعال سیاسی جلو گیری کنند
