They pay a lesser premium for services and can enjoy better connectivity, they are constantly constructing new homes in the area.
We as a growing town are requesting more options on internet and cable.
We currently pay higher premiums for services that nearby cities are getting for a better price, and the services we have don't always function as well as other services out there.
Like we said, "we want options".
