Mayor James Butts and the Inglewood City Council Members

The Inglewood city council meetings are public forum for Inglewood stakeholders to provide input on city initiatives. Hosting the meetings at 2pm, in the afternoon, makes it difficult for residents to attend. For example, an Inglewood stakeholder could be picking up children from school and miss agenda items, be at work or a host of other obligatory locations.

If this administration is serious about receiving input from the public then the meeting times must support that goal. OUR TAX DOLLARS OUR VOICE!

Thank you for signing and please share this petition.

Please note: previous signers of the older version of this petition on Change.org will be submitted with this new petition.

Inglewood stakeholders respectfully request that the city council meeting times be changed back to the evening to allow input from the very people who elected the council to serve on their behalf.
