Notice of Property Tax Increase for Cobb County, GA
Another year, another property tax hike. The Cobb County Board of Commissioners has tentatively adopted a millage rate which will require an increase in property taxes by 4.52%. You can go to the website:
https://www.cobbtax.org/property and find the property tax section and see the rates all the way back to 2005.
There has been substantial building of new homes, townhomes and other tax revenue generating business just in the last couple of years. This will bring in substantial amounts of property taxes to the county.
I implore you, if you do not want your property taxes to get raised yet again this year, please sign this petition. and say NO TO ANOTHER PROPERTY TAX INCREASE. We have to take a stand. I started the petition because I believe in this and because many tax paying residents cannot get to the meetings. This will be your chance to vote.
