File #2021R6 Fayetteville Lincoln County Industrial Development Board and owner Dale Richardson has submitted application to rezone 3214 Huntsville Hwy; Fayetteville TN 37334 parcel 150 087 00 (129.74 acres) from A-1 Agriculture-Forestry Rural-Residential to I1 General Industry for purpose of ANOTHER Industrial Park. County Commissioner’s will vote on this application immediately following Public Hearing- October 19th 5:30 pm. Please sign petition to be submitted to commissioners prior to meeting requesting their vote be ‘NO’ to this $3.6M purchase by the county. There are many reasons to vote no - one is there’s 200 acres next to Frito-Lay owned by county and undeveloped; there are also several other industry sites currently available- these can be found online www.flcidb.com/buildings-sites. The entry into Tennessee on the South side of Lincoln County Is beautiful; do we want this ruined by an Industrial Park? Also 231-431 is already so busy with so much traffic- Camper Creek Road has no turning lane after a narrowing bridge- this property located directly across from Camper Creek will increase the danger-hazard to the entrance. I ask everyone to show up if you don’t want the landscape changed forever in South Lincoln County. Call your District commissioners and ask that they vote NO.
District Commissioners of Lincoln County- we ask that you vote No, at Public Hearing scheduled October 19th at 5:30, at Central Academy, 909 Main Street S, Fayetteville, TN on the Rezoning of the Richardson farm located at 3214 Huntsville Highway.
