Use of safe refrigerants: against HCFC phase out

Against the phase out/elimination of safe HCFC refrigerants such as R-22 (chlorodifluoromethane).
Reason: chlorine it's a natural substance, that can be found combined with other elements; like sodium (salt). Example in the water of oceans, the Sun evaporates water's salts every day. Volcano's erupts tons of chlorine to the atmosphere depleting ozone.
