A student on the Haines City High School campus was put on a contract during the first semester stating that if he were to have one more unexcused absence that semester he would be withdrawn. He was withdrawn but returned the next semester.
He missed a couple days of school with no doctors notice and the administration with drew him again. They said the reason was that his contract ran over into the second semester. This student only signed a contract stating he was on contract for the first semester. And to this day has not missed enough days to be put back on the contract. Also the administration never informed him that his contract was still intact until it was to late.
Students of Haines City High School,
One of our seniors has been withdrawn without probable reason. He has been left with little to no options and we need to let the administration know that is not going to work. They withdrew him for disobeying his "contract" but according to the contract he signed his contract was lifted last semester.
Please help us make sure the administration will not get away with this!
