We fully support the mission of the Topinabee Development Association (TDA), which is “to preserve and enhance the unique character and charm of Topinabee while promoting future growth and development of its business district”.
The TDA recognizes that change is inevitable, and that we can influence that change to be consistent with the rich history of Topinabee.
The Green Corridor project/Streetscape Plan proposed in collaboration with the Mullett Township Board will provide the community with a vibrant Village Center.
The Green Corridor project/Streetscape Plan proposed by the Topinabee Development Association in collaboration with the Mullett Township Board will provide the community with a vibrant Village Center.
The plan will also provide improvements to the drainage and filtration systems that will help protect Mullett Lake from runoff from the road.
Crosswalks, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters will provide a traffic calming effect that will slow traffic and make it safer for pedestrians.
