Statistics show that Canada, although officially bilingual, is not a bilingual country. Over 90% of Canadians outside The Province of Quebec are not bilingual (English and French). The Province of Quebec even has laws banning the unrestricted use of English.
Billions of dollars have been spent trying to make Canadians bilingual, to little avail.
We, the undersigned, ask the governments of Canada and Canada's provinces to do what is necessary to establish an independent country whose official language is English, and to establish an independent country whose official language is French.
