It has been 5 months since our estate, Mcnair Towers (113A-113D Mcnair Road, Singapore) obtained our Temporary Occupany Permits in October 2016.
For the more fortunate ones who have collected our keys earlier, it had been a common pain point that the water pressure of our homes have been relatively weaker compared to our previous housing estates. A longer time is required to fill babies' bath-tubs, simple chores like quick showers and washing of dishes would take a longer time.
It had dawned to our community that we had all made individual and separate highlights to the Team-Build Building Service Centre ("BSC") about the aforementioned issue. They have sent their service managers and plumbers for inspections but till-date the problem still continues to persist.
According to the service managers and plumbers, the water pump had been maxed out and our water pipes are not choked. They are not able to locate the root cause of the problem.
We fear that this issue may worsen as more of our neighbours move in. As such, we, the community of Mcnair Towers would like to hereby implore Team-Build BSC, the Housing Development Board ("HDB") and Public Utilities Board ("PUB") to jointly-alleviate and supply us with sufficient water pressure to accommodate the community of our estate.
We, the undersigned community of Mcnair Towers 113A-113D, Singapore, call on the TeamBuild BSC, HDB and PUB to jointly supply us with sufficient water pressure to accommodate the community of our estate.
