Tidbury Green Farm to become a Brunning and Price Public House.

For the last two years we have endeavoured to secure the purchase and planning permission in order to turn Tidbury Green house into a public house.
Our discussion with the local community has shown us that we would be very well received and that a pub in the area would greatly benefit the local community who at present are missing a central heart and focal point.
The planning officer’s report to the committee members has been published and unfortunately, it recommends refusal of the application. The report notes that letters of support have been sent in, but unfortunately only lists to members the concerns that have been raised by the small number of objections. We feel that the positive support from you, the local residents who would benefit most from the development, is not being made clear to members and the report is negatively written. Our only hope to be able to deliver the pub for you will be if we can show to members the considerable local support and public benefits that would arise from the proposals.
