The rate of children becoming victims of bullying is growing every day.
According to the National Education Association, an estimated 160,000 students miss school everyday due to fear of attack or intimidation by other students.
Some schools today have a major issue with bullying. Wither limited by law or by other reasons, education staff do whatever it is within their limits to do. Well, in some cases that might be good enough.
Someone needs to be held accountable for those students who repeatedly bully. It is time to implement a three strike rule, each consisting of a more harsh punishment than the last finally ending with the student being held responsible for there own actions.
These students would have to present their case to the Board of Education and they determine if the student can continue their education in that district.
