LegacyGamers a private server that has hosted countless games, GunZ, Gunbound, Lineage II, and etc. Has had numerous staff corruption/reliability issues.
Point being The staff has had pride, ego, and other personal issues clouding judgment issues keeping the server from prospering fully.
The idea of my petition is to seperate the monarchy within this company and regulate a more democratic, responsible, and more professional business.
The petition is basically for a three branch business. There will be 3 heads for each individual game LegacyGamers hosts. A Head for GunZ, another for Lineage II, and lastly one for Gunbound.
The three heads report in to the official owner, Keith Miller. The three heads maintain their server and report issues/business information to Keith to handle. This relieves stress for everyone and makes life much easier.
Hiring people for each game is supplied by the heads, but to gain new employees the official head owner must pass permission. The idea is 3 departments under one company.
