"The Knockout Game" is a new wave of "home grown terrorism". Terrorism is the systematic act of imposing terror on the people via the actions of a select group for political gain. This is not a game. This is becoming an organized attempt to instill terror on the public population for the thrill and barbaric hunting of the unexpected and vulnerable by select gangs and/or individuals to impose terror on both random and/or specific ethnic, cultural or social groups.
Increasingly people are not free to walk the streets without fear of being "knocked out" by the simple potentially fatal blow to the head. See the following video:

This calculated and intentional act of terror upon the general public must be met with swift justice and severe penalty. Action is needed by the Congress to impose specific law that charges all perpetrators as adults and imposes a nationwide minimum sentence that fits the intent of the crime.
WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, CALL ON CONGRESS TO PASS THE KNOCKOUT LAW making it a federal offense to participate in the "Knockout Game" or its "likeness" whereby innocent by-standers fall victim to the preying of perpetrators on the general public; imposing the intentional act of a potentially lethal blow to the head or body with the intent of knocking a person out, rendering a person unconscious, maiming or delivering a lethal blow to the head, neck or body.
Congress to pass as part of this law the matter of fact that minors participating in this act will be tried as adults with severity and swiftness.
