Tennessee House Bill 1111 is before Governor Haslam and the bill must be vetoed. The Lipstick Lounge owners are trying to do their part to bring awareness to this harmful legislation so that others can begin asking the governor to veto this bad bill. The Lipstick Lounge would encourage other businesses in Tennessee and across the country to let their voices be heard. Please take a stand and tell Governor Haslam that Discrimination Doesn't Pay and ask him to Veto HB1111!
We, the undersigned, call upon Governor Bill Haslam to take a stand with the LGBT Community by Vetoing House Bill 1111 so that our government makes a statement to all Tennesseans and to those watching around the country and world that Tennessee is a state that treats everyone with dignity and respect and that LGBT Discrimination is not welcomed in Tennessee and that Discrimination Doesn't Pay!
