Sweden and the European Union

We, the undersigned, are appalled by the attempt of the community of vingåker to commit attempt of murder of a homeowner by cutting off her water. It has been that way since October 23, 2006.

We urged a law that not anyone in Sweden should have their water or electricity turned off for fighting back. It should be considered attempted murder. This woman challenged the community in Vingaker, Sweden water department because of their first bill to her which include the former owner, and because her drain pipe is full of roots from the trees that grow on community land. However because of her legal challenge they said the cemented pathway is hers.

To make a long story short she lost the case because in Sweden 98.5 percent of the time the little guy always loses.

Having lost the court was told she could pay the back bills in 3 payments. The man in the community who went to court against her was given the job of deciding if my water could be left on no only payment in full She was told pay in full or no water.

So now she has a blocked sewage drain and no water. This can not be a healthy situation because she now can not even flush a toilet or have a drink of water.

Anyone reading this who would like to say she can get help. Your info is faulty because she has appealed to the social authorities, and has appeal to every court here in Sweden.
Her last appeal was rejected today by the _Supreme Court Wednesday November 8. 2006. They only reply to her was can't She make partial payments. Which only proved that they did not even read her appeal because she clearly stated that she was willy to make partition payments.

I can not see where it is legal or shows any justice when a judicial body can allow a person to live in such conditions when all it took was for any courts at this time to order
The Vingaker water department to allow the original partial payment and restore the water immediately.

Or is this the way they treat women because this women has suffered first at the fist of an abusive Swedish husband. She is only trying to make a life for herself.
