Married women are denied their ancestral property rights, although the amendment (2005) in Hindu succession act helps but it forces you to wait and pray for your parent's death which is not fair.
Moreover it allows voluntary or involuntary transfer or sale of property to sons or by sons as the parents usually stay with sons.
We, the undersigned, call on the Government of India to provide equal rights to both the male and female members of a family on ancestral property (sold, unsold or transferred) & provide justice in all its fairness & natural law.
