The Australian wild life belongs to the Crown.
There fore the government should be supporting the carers who look after the injured Australian wild life. Australian wild life often comes into care from road kill and shootings and injuries on farms and people who set out to injure for fun.
The government who is the Crown owner of the Australian wild life should be paying wages or care allowance to the passionately carer's of it's wild life.
I Maria-Anna Barry call upon the Attorney General's Office Queensland to change the law of the Australian Wild Life Protection act to include payment of carer's allowance and or wages to registered carers who are on 24 x24 call and who spend all their time in raising the injured Australian wild life that is continuously run over or shot or orphaned and left to die in great pain.
These carers passionately care for the injured wild life and rehabilitate them to return to the wild. Much Australian wildlife has been listed as endangered or extinct. Carers deliver essential services to the public free of charge. Public funding is down while the demand for the services continues to grows.
