Support the Marijuana Justice Act

For decades, the failed War on Drugs has locked up millions of nonviolent drug offenders—especially for marijuana-related offenses—at an incredible cost of lost human potential, torn apart families and communities, and taxpayer dollars. The effects of the cannabis prohibition has had a disproportionately devastating impact on all Americans.

The Marijuana Justice Act is a bill, if passed, will legalize marijuana at the federal level; No consenting American citizen should be persecuted, nor should they be prosecuted, for engaging in marijuana usage. Each and every American should be afforded the same rights no matter the state in which they reside; ending marijuana prohibition is the only way to assure that no Americans are excluded from political harassment.
