HELP SOLVE THE TRAFFIC NIGHTMARE IN CULTS AND PITFODELS!
We at LinkRoadCampaign are campaigning for a link road between Garthdee and the North Deeside Road, to improve the lives of long-suffering residents, commuters and pedestrians in Cults and Pitfodels.
The area has undergone significant development, with an ever increasing volume of traffic and our roads can no longer cope. We need a road specifically designed to create an effective link between Garthdee and the North Deeside Road.
It would only take 1/3 mile of new road to remove the stress faced by the many residents, commuters and pedestrians who run the daily gauntlet of these ratruns.
The new road would bring benefit to a large number of people, including:
* residents suffering the stress of the constant traffic;
* commuters and business users frustrated by daily journeys along narrow roads littered with speedbumps, chicanes, dangerous junctions and blind spots;
* pedestrians in constant danger because of narrow or missing footpaths.
