My husband MISSINGPERSON BILLYGENEHAMMONDS has been missing since 10:30pm NOVEMBER 26 2016.November 22 2016 prior to missing he was invovled with Lumberton Police chasing him and a woman invovled in theft.During incident he witnessed the officer shoot. the woman..But he was never arrested with a avtive warrant no license and never was mentioned in news that was public nor in papers.Not until he was missing and she was incompetent to testify and cop got off charges was he put at the scene.District Attorney Johnson Britt told me a sheriff told him a drug dealer killed Billy so if one sheriff knows they all know.So Acknowledge him and rule this a possible homicide...The Truth Needs To Be Told
