Lidl submitted a planning application to Vale of White Horse District Council on 7 September 2018 for a new foodstore to be located on land at Grove Road, Grove.
Our proposal is to construct a new Lidl foodstore with a gross floorspace of 2,125 sqm, sales floorspace of 1,325 sqm and with 120 free car parking spaces. The store will be built to Lidl’s latest specification which promotes a modern building incorporating high quality materials and energy efficient building management systems.
Since submission we have updated the proposals including a new access directly from Grove Road, new external materials of buff brick and cladding and a new landscaping scheme.
