Support for Santa Lucia Pizza - Additional Parking

We are looking for your support. As a long time business in the area, we are committed to being good neighbours and community contributors. However, we are experiencing problems with parking. As you know, the parking in the area is tight and it is becoming a challenge to accommodate patrons and staff in a safe and secure way.

With that in mind, we purchased 17 Cromwell Street. The property is currently vacant. We would like to convert this property to parking in order to, not only, benefit our restaurant and patrons, but nearby residents as well.

We, the undersigned, support our community neighbour, Santa Lucia Pizza to use 17 Cromwell Street for parking. The additional parking will not cause an adverse effect on our community. Rather, it will free up more parking on neighbouring streets, add more eyes and ears to the area and in doing so, increase safety. It will reuse a currently empty lot in a way that makes sense.
