California has the highest number of homeless people but the only state without an interagency council on homelessness.
There are 360,000 homeless people living on and street and among those, 50,000 are veterans. One in 50 children are homeless in this country but the number is worse in California.
Homelessness is neglected in the state of California and it needs to be addressed.
Support AB 1177 for homeless agencies to collaborate and efficiently help this population in California.
