Dear Neighbors,
We hope this letter finds you well. We are AvroKO Hospitality Group, the owners of PUBLIC Restaurant in NoLiTa (210 Elizabeth Street) and Saxon + Parole in Noho (316 Bowery), and we are planning to design and operate a casual service neighborhood restaurant at 191 Grand Street.
We are applying to the State Liquor Authority for an on-premise liquor license and want to reach out to you in hopes of gaining your support for this exciting new venture.
Our venture, the second instalment to our first venue in Hell’s Kitchen (600 11th Avenue, New York), GENUINE, will operate as a casual service restaurant that takes inspiration from lighter and healthier California roadside fare. The menu will be eclectic and accessible to a wide range of people and will reflect fresh and seasonal produce.
GENUINE will deliver creative variations on classic American cuisine, integrating a modern twist, while staying true to our message of healthy-indulgent food. We will also offer fresh juices during the day and bespoke cocktails by night.
The space will be designed by award winning concept, architecture, and design firm AvroKO and will create a sense of adventure, American spirit, playfulness and an overall “feel-good” vibe.
