Limited TV Providers. Satellite choice only which during cloudy or stormy weather you have no service.
Phone service through Frontier provider is very poor service. Outages throughout the neighborhood monthly. Cell phone service very spotty for good signals even if you purchase the booster box.
In case of emergency where the Police , Ambulance or Fire Department would be needed there's no guarantee of working service.
Internet Service choice only from Frontier or Satellite. Frontier is very slow speed and with outages monthly. Satellite is no service with cloudy or bad weather conditions or after your limited data is used then speed goes down to service like dial up most time our choice of service is nearly impossible for paying online bills or school homework to be done
