Stop useless boomerangs

For some time now, boomerangs have become a huge part of Instagram stories. Yet they are being abused, alot.
Those useless boomerangs are abusing our internet data as well as our time.
This petition is to stop useless boomerangs such as immobile selfies, or any kind of boomerang selfie, immobile food boomerang, food boomerang but with flash, boomerang that shows nothing cause it goes too fast, etc...
