We the citizens of Dayton, MN are opposed to the rezoning the area currently known as Hayden Hills Golf Course from golf course to residential. This rezoning will negatively impact the values of the homes currently in these neighborhoods, create additional rain water issues, and put the safety of our children at risk.
It has not been shown that maintaining Hayden Hills as a golf course has been completely explored and while we understand the right of the owners to sell we also are concerned about the overall impact to the neighborhood.
