The Park Hills Conservancy (PHC) is a private entity aimed at taking our public, city-owned property and turning it over to a group of non-elected Directors. The PHC will maintain control over any property conveyed to it for eternity. The PHC Directors have the right to do with the land what they want without any public input. These decisions will negatively impact the current citizens of Park Hills as well as making final decisions on public city-owned land for generations to come.
We, the undersigned, are against the Park Hills Conservancy, as it is written, being used for public city-owned property.
