Stop the ongoing genocide of the Hazara and Shia Muslim community in Quetta, Pakistan

Hazara’s belonging to a Shia sect of Islam are vibrant, law abiding, patriotic and productive community located in Quetta Pakistan, currently having a significant population of 0.5million to 0.6million, which makes around 6-7% of total population of Balochistan and around 40-50% of Quetta district.

With literacy rates of over 95% in both males and females, Hazara professionals have significant contributions in private sector, public sector, armed forces and sports. The details of such contributions can be found here .

Over the last 15 years, there is ongoing genocide of Hazara and shia Community member in Quetta, Balochistan. Since 1999, over 2,000 community members have been killed, over 4000 critically injured and thousands orphaned and widowed. Apparently all the killings are claimed by Militant organization, Lashkar e Jhangvi . All of these killings took place in every part of Quetta city and its outskirts, in the center of the city to the remote streets, from target killing of a single person to killing of 150 persons by the huge explosion of highly militarized 1000kg liquid explosive inside the congested population. Surprisingly all the killings took place under the heavy presence of law enforcement agencies, especially the Paramilitary forces.

Shia Hazara citizens of Pakistan in Quetta are living in siege now, where any movement outside their enclosed area means being shot dead, despite the heavy presence and deployment of Police and Paramilitary forces, these forces have been seen working hand to hand like allies with terrorists inside the main bazars of Quetta. The killings take place in broad daylight, right in front of law enforcing agencies and the supposedly "unknown killers" easily manage to escape.

It is no secret that leaders of banned militant organizations like Ramzan Mangel and his armed terrorists are enjoying full state security, liberty to openly declare Shia as infidels and deliver life threatening and hatred-filled speeches in rallies in main bazars of Quetta, boasting about killing Shia Hazara community members.

These terrorists have been carrying these activities in front of Police and state Paramilitary forces (the FC) , and the state paramilitary officers of FC have been seen standing/walking hand-in-hand with the leaders of banned terrorist organizations. They freely move in the city and posts their murderous confession in major newspapers and social media. The friendly connections of paramilitary forces the FC and Police with banned terrorist organizations in main bazars of Quetta indicates that the state of Pakistan is sponsoring the sectarian genocide of Shia Hazara Muslims in Baluchistan. This leads us to believe that state is somehow involved and assisting all the acts of terrorism.

Hazara community has been forced to leave their homes and have been going through hazardous Journey toward Australia to find safe and peace for his family. Over Thousand refugees have perished in the sea, while in the hope to find a peaceful life for their family members.

When they reach Australia after going through all these sufferings, they are put in the detention center along with their family members, where they have to wait for years before they are released in the community.
