Stop the Food Stamps Fraud

There are too many people selling their food stamps and in most cases for half price and or trading for drugs.

To solve this, give people only half of their food stamps for 15 days then the other 1/2 for the next 15 days that would be a total of 30 days this would not stop them form selling or trading their food stamps but it would slow them down and make them think that means they may try harder to put food and their mouth and their kids mouth and not buying drugs that they they don't need.

Recipients would have a better chance to get the food they need insted of buying and or trading for drugs like if someone gets $400 and food stamps say they sold half of them worth $200 for $100 they can buy drugs smokes or beer with it or ? This only makes good sense to change for the better i know this will make a lot of people mad but this would be a good thing to due this only makes good sense.
