Stop the Complete Drain of Lake Monticello!!

AGFC wants to completely drain lake Monticello in order to fix the levee, as well as remove all of the undesirable fish, such as white bass and carp. This is a concern because with the complete drainage of the lake not only will the undesirable fish die but so will all of the desirable fish. The complete drainage of Lake Monticello would mean the loss of various water sport recreations being unavailable. What we would like to happen is for the lake to be drained enough to fix the levee. We would also want the undesirable fish to be removed without having to lower the lakes water level below the level established for levee repair.
