The bullies have gotton out of hand. Young children are committing suicide at an alarming rate because of being bullied and it needs to stop.
This not only affects the town I call my home but it affects the world as a whole, but today, I start with my town.
We, the People of Rolla, want this problem to be stopped and dealt with.
We want bullying to be labeled as a hate crime, not as a phase.
